Welcome to Helly AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Helly AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Helly AI Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing, registering for, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to register an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Permitted Use

Helly AI is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering our AI models, or distributing malicious software.

3. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform, including software, layout, graphics, text, branding, and our custom AI models, are the intellectual property of Helly AI Inc. or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or commercial licenses to our assets.

4. Subscription Fees and Billing

We offer free conversational usage limits alongside premium subscription plans. All transactions, billing, and cancellations are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing channels. Subscription pricing is subject to change with notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Helly AI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including voice matching variations or translations.

6. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing updated terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
